1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or placing an order on DigiStore (Food Depot and Electro-Tech), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Your account
We verify accounts by one-time PIN sent to your mobile number or email. You're responsible for keeping access to that number/email secure, since it's how orders are authenticated.
3. Orders, pricing & availability
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and stock availability can change without notice. If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable after payment, we'll contact you about a refund or substitute.
4. Payment
Checkout is processed securely by PayFast. We don't store your card details on our own servers — PayFast handles payment processing directly.
5. Delivery
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders above the local free-delivery threshold shown at checkout qualify for free local delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by factors outside our control (courier delays, address issues, stock availability).
6. Returns & refunds

7. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to commit fraud, attempt to bypass security controls, or interfere with other shoppers' use of the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
8. Limitation of liability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your use of DigiStore is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use DigiStore after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
